Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans for your territory.
- Identify and prospect SMBs and midsize restaurants/retailers that can benefit from TapMango’s solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and close deals with confidence.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Continuously expand your product knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are driven, adaptable, and customer-focused. Here’s what you bring:
- A proven track record of success in sales, ideally in B2B field sales.
- Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to build a robust pipeline.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas persuasively.
- A consistent history of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory as needed.
