Recruitment Assistant (Independent Contractor, Part-Time)

This is a contract part-time position for a student or recent graduate

Compensation

• $19.00 per hour CAD

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct Boolean searches on LinkedIn to source qualified candidates within the tech industry
• Review and screen LinkedIn profiles to assess candidate fit based on role requirements
• Support interview coordination and scheduling in collaboration with the HR team
• Act as a point of contact between candidates and the HR team throughout the hiring process
• Track outreach activity including connections, InMails, and candidate responses
• Assist with improving and refining recruiting and sourcing processes
• Build and expand professional networks through consistent outbound sourcing efforts

What You Bring

• Up to 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or currently in progress)
• Experience conducting Boolean searches; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is an asset
• Strong ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision
