We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Executive to join our team. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling TapMango, a cutting-edge loyalty software solution, to businesses within your assigned territory. This is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a customer base, with the potential to build and lead your own sales team in the future. What You’ll be Doing

  • Work alongside our director of sales to help develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect SMB and midsize restaurants and retailers, targeting businesses that can benefit from TapMango's loyalty software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and presenting customized solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.

About You and What You Bring

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B field sales.
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
